The residency masterclass

Team LP just wrapped up an incredible two-day Residency Masterclass on the north side of Indianapolis with 32 leaders from across the country — from California to Michigan. These two days were packed full of hands-on training, coaching, and collaboration around one central focus: building better residency programs to develop the next generation of church leaders.

We dug deep into what it takes to recruit, support, and develop residents — including second-career individuals and those just entering ministry — using the Leadership Pathway framework. It’s always encouraging to see leaders who are hungry to multiply their leadership and invest in future pastors and ministry staff.
