What are your greatest hopes and dreams for the next couple of years for your church?
Continued growth in our worship dynamics, outreach and engagement while finding new ways to connect with our congregation.
Why did you choose to do a residency & what are you hopeful will happen through this process?
Per our pastor’s recommendation. We hope to find a permanent associate worship director who connects with our congregation and leads them into God’s presence.
What is it like to work on staff there?
A lot of fun! Lots of trust between all the staff, and we’ve all become friends.

Please describe the current staff structure.
Senior Pastor oversees Connections Pastor, Youth Pastor and Worship Director. Connections Pastor overseas Children’s Director and other areas. Worship Director oversees tech and any other areas of worship. Youth Pastor oversees Youth Associate.
What qualities does it take to “win” on staff at your church?
Follow where the Holy Spirit leads and have a dynamic ministry that involves volunteers and engages your congregation.
Who will the resident report to? Will there be a different person acting as coach?
The Worship Director.
Are there particular assessment tools that you prefer when exploring potential staff people?
No… primarily relational and seeing them in the active environment.
